On June 18th, your company installed a new heating / air conditioning unit for us, replacing our ten year old one.
Previously, my husband had been obtaining estimates from different companies and had spoken to Don Mahony regarding a new unit. He was very impressed with Mr. Mahony, who assured him that if our old unit failed, a service man from Dean’s would be available on call, and he was right! Our unit finally stopped cooling on a 90+ degree day and your service man responded in good time, informing us that there was a Freon leak. We had to make two additional calls for this problem before the new unit could be installed by Steven and Michael, who did a great job on a very hot day.
We found everyone that we dealt with from your company to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We appreciate your services and are very happy and comfortable with our new unit. We will eventually be setting up a maintenance agreement with you.
We have done business with three other companies in the past – hopefully, yours will be the last! We especially appreciate your honesty and reliability and found your prices to be the best value for top-notch equipment.
