"I liked to mention the prompted and reliable service that I received the other day on an AC issue we were having. The tech Aaron went above and beyond to correct the issue. It was a fairly easy fix but he wanted to find out what was causing it, he pretty much walked the entire duct run in attic checking ducts and connections. He then took time showing me what to do if the ac unit shuts off again. I felt he gave me a thorough inspection and checked out all possibilities. I also like to single out the office person/ dispatcher Caitlin who addressed my concerns when I called. She advised me of my options and called me to let me know the tech was en- route to my home. I like to personally thank these two employees along with the rest of the employees servicing the Myrtle Beach area. I would recommend Dean Custom Air to anyone who is having any HVAC issues. "On June 18th, your company installed a new heating / air conditioning unit for us, replacing our ten year old one.
Previously, my husband had been obtaining estimates from different companies and had spoken to Don Mahony regarding a new unit. He was very impressed with Mr. Mahony, who assured him that if our old unit failed, a service man from Dean’s would be available on call, and he was right! Our unit finally stopped cooling on a 90+ degree day and your service man responded in good time, informing us that there was a Freon leak. We had to make two additional calls for this problem before the new unit could be installed by Steven and Michael, who did a great job on a very hot day.
We found everyone that we dealt with from your company to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We appreciate your services and are very happy and comfortable with our new unit. We will eventually be setting up a maintenance agreement with you.

Their service technicians are expertls and work extremely hard to give you a top notch professional job. I was impressed how they even slipped on plastic booties to your floors when entering my house . Their work comes with a permit and will be inspected after they finish. That is something most companies do not do. They will always be my first choice for air conditioning work."

"On Friday July 8, 2016, your technician Doug Smith arrived at our home to repair one of our two Carrier Units which are in the 3rd floor attic. The outside temperature was in the HIGH 90's and the attic was at least 115 degrees. The repair took approximately 2 hrs. Doug worked tirelessly the whole time was visually exhausted. We offered for him to take a rest and water which he refused. Doug should be recognized for his tenacity, acumen and hard work under very difficult weather circumstances. We are sure that he had very long day prior to coming to us and he was not finished his work schedule when he left. He deserves recognition and you are very fortunate to have an employee such as he. Starting with the quote I received and the information provided, you were very helpful and provided the information I needed to make a decision about the system I decided to install and the service provider I decided to use. You were professional and quite informative.
Regarding your installers, Wesley Lee and Adrian Dillegas, I found them both to be very professional, courteous and competent. They arrived right on time as promised and finished their work rather quickly for the magnitude of the job. Although they worked in a tough and very hot environment they remained pleasant, friendly and respectful. Additionally both were very complimentary of Dean Custom Air as an employer for which they work.
